Any person in his/her right as a citizen can act in Arbitral Mediation, however, to act in International Arbitral Mediation, it needs to be duly approved and accredited by a regulatory agency duly qualified and incorporated by the Government of a Nation of the pact made in the New York Convention held in 1958.
THE INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION CHAMBER LLC. corporation duly accredited and qualified for this purpose by the Department of State of North Carolina, United States of America, becomes responsible for the servers it approves and accredits to provide mediation and arbitration services, nationally and internationally.
As an International Mediator qualified by IMAC, the approved, accredited and contracted employee has the right to receive the mediator's fee, and other bonuses and commissions according to his productivity in the services rendered in favor of IMAC and its customers,
